✿ WHAT PRODUCTS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER  AND HOW LONG WILL THOSE PRODUCTS TAKE TO BE MADE AND SHIPPED ?

  All our totes  are made to order , in our studio . Production lead time is 5-8 days since we take orders in batches of 10 . As for shipping it may take an additional 4-5 days or more depending on your pincode .

✿ WHY DOES THE TOTES SAY SOLD OUT AS SOON AS IT LAUNCHES ?

We make totes in batches of 10 as mentioned  above , so after we have received that number we close the purchase option for that product and label it as sold out . Once we are done with the production we will put another 10 in stock hence making it available for purchase . However in the future if we actually run out of materials for the totes we will make sure to let you know via social media . But do not worry , we will always come up with new designs for you ☻

✿ WHAT PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE ?

Our totes, scrunchies and bow barrettes are all lovingly crafted for you . Hence the products may differ slightly from one another since it is not factory made. 

☻The beauty of handmade lies in its imperfections , anything perfect is machine made ☻

✿ WHY IS THE COLLECTION SMALL ? WILL OTHER LAUNCHES BE BIGGER THAN THIS ?

Since this is our 1st launch we decided to go for a capsule collection and kept it small . Our future launches will definitely be bigger and better while still sticking to our slow fashion values and keeping our inventory limited , which means we will only make it bigger by a few hundreds. 

✿ IN WHAT WAYS HAS STUDIO SSORÁ INCORPORATED SUSTAINABILITY ?

We have incorporated sustainability in our own small ways for the start .

-Keeping very low inventory 

-Re-purposing the extra fabric from cutouts by turning them into dustbags, pouches and scrunchies that are given complimentary with some of the totes . 

- We have also tried using eco friendly packaging as much as we could and the goal is to make our packaging 100% eco- friendly and sustainable in the future.

Sustainability is a great route but for small brands like us it can get expensive , hence we will get to 100% slowly but surely !
