EXCHANGES, RETURN & REFUND POLICY ✿
RETURNS: As a small start up business , most of our products are made to order , we are unable to accept returns at this stage , but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at shop@studiossora.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
HAIR ACCESSORY EXCHANGES : We do not currently conduct exchanges for hair accessory order for change of mind .
CLOTHING EXCHANGES: We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. FOR AN EXCHANGE TO BE VALID PLEASE NOTE :
✿ Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached
✿ We cannot initiate exchanges on clothing that has been worn or used.
✿If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
✿ Studio ssorá, reserves the right to refuse any exchange which do not meet our exchange policy requirements or are returned for exchange without written approval.
DEFECTS: We aim to get it right the first time but if you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at shop@studiossora.com with your order no. and a clear photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
NOTE : The made-to-order products are handmade so they may have minor variations which is inevitable . Hope you enjoy our products !
